Delivery and revision policy

What’s included

Every package includes designed graphics, written captions and a posting calendar for the scope we confirm with you before you pay.

Delivery dates

We state a delivery date in writing before you pay. The date depends on the package and our current queue. If we’re going to miss it, we’ll tell you as soon as we know.

Revisions

One revision round is included. Send all your feedback together and we’ll update the content. Further changes can be quoted separately at a clear price before we start.

Refunds

• Before we start: if you cancel before we begin designing, you get a full refund. We confirm the start date by email.
• After we start: content is custom-made for your business, so we don’t refund delivered work.
• If something’s wrong: if the content doesn’t match what you ordered, or has an error on our side such as a typo or wrong business name, we’ll fix it. This is separate from your one included revision round.
• If we’re late: if we miss the confirmed delivery date by more than 3 business days, you can choose a 25% refund or keep waiting.
• If we can’t deliver: if we can’t complete your order for any reason, you get a full refund.
• How to ask: use the contact form within 7 days of delivery. We reply within one to two business days.

What we don’t promise

We create the content. We don’t post for you, and we can’t guarantee follower growth, sales or any other result.
